Private driveway or garage parking for all roommates. Plenty of street parking available directly in front of the house as well. Great location just off the 215; close proximity to both Creech and Nellis Air Force bases.

Rooms available:

• Private Bedroom with Semi-Private Full Bathroom on the 2nd floor $525 / month + utilities. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate, but it’s extended long so you have your own area.

6 months minimum term. Bedrooms may be delivered furnished upon request.

All rooms are hard wired for high speed internet. Shared living room, dining room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Utilities are $75 per person per month including high speed internet, electricity, water, trash, sewer, etc. and professional cleaning of the bathrooms and shared common areas as needed (every 4-8 weeks).

Military owner/occupant. $30 background and credit check (waived for military with ID) No smoking inside the house. NO drugs / NO 420.

All military who work at Nellis AFB. There’s currently two males and one female, but seeking another male preferably. The roommate in the master has a Husky dog. The house is always very clean, roommates are generally to themselves, quiet, and respectful.
