Hi, Our daughters have both moved out and we have a large one story home with two large bedrooms 13 x 11 & 13 x 10.5 that we are looking to rent out for $700 each a month for supplemental income as we are a one income household. We are located in Chula Vista, 2 miles east of the 805 in Otay Ranch, a safe and monitored community. You would have access to a bathroom with two sinks & a shower/tub enclosure that would be shared between the two rented bedrooms, inside laundry, wi-fi, kitchen and community pool and park.  There is also a bus stop two short blocks away. $700 a month, includes all utilities and above mentioned amenities. We are quiet married couple, no smoking, no drugs. We have one small 16 year old Cockapoo dog (quiet & non allergenic). Please call us if you are interested or have any questions.
