I have a house that has two bedrooms open for rent for one person. One bedroom can serve as your bedroom and the second as your living space. The kitchen can be used for cooking. You would also have access to a bathroom located in the hall across from the bedrooms. I prefer someone who can also assist and is comfortable letting out the dogs to the backyard when I travel for work. It’s a home work space for me as well. So we don’t have house guests often unless it’s a group gathering we have all agreed on, such as Friendsgiving or Christmas. We are 8 mins from downtown and Oak Cliff, depending on traffic. Wifi and all utilities are included in the rent. There is also a washer/dryer in the home.
