My name is Jenay and I just rented a house in Fresno and am looking for a roommate. I have a dog and cat, so i rather not have someone with pets, because my dog doesn’t get along with other fur creatures. The home is 787 sqft. It has a purchase and a large backyard. There’s a garage and a storage room connected to it. I believe the only thing you have to bring would be your bedroom and bathroom things. I have everything else furnished. I mainly keep to myself and play my games or just watch my TV. I would like someone to split rent, water, and gas/electric. If you want cable, you would have to pay for it, but I will pay for internet. If you like to come by to see if it’s a place you would like to live, you can contact me. Overall, the rental agency would have to approve you.
