*The apartment is for ONE person
It’s a railroad apartment with separate entrances; I use the front room for storage and studio occasionally– so you basically have a junior one bedroom to yourself.
It’s in a quiet building so please….no 24 hour party people, hoodlums, etc.
$1300 Security deposit required.

About the roomies
