Hello!

We are looking for a roommate to rent out a newly renovated, modern, and spacious private bedroom inside a clean, comfortable and large 3-bed shared house in Lincoln (~1,580 sqft). The house is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood in the East part of Lincoln. The house is shared among female professionals.

The house is fully renovated with all new kitchen appliances, new flooring, and efficient A/C and heater. Security camera installed. Washer & dryer in unit. Each room has a walking closet and a new window with faux wood blinds. You will get a key for your own room.

Each room will be given a shelf space in the hallway closet to store your toiletries and in the kitchen for your dishware. You will also have access to the rest of the large house, which is fully furnished, with a spacious living room (includes a 55“ 4K TV screen & Netflix), a full kitchen with counter height dining table, a modern shared bathroom with a bathtub, a big backyard with a BBQ grill and chairs and a table. Fast internet and washer and dryer in unit.

The house is within a walking distance to a grocery store and a quick drive (10-15 mins) to downtown Lincoln and major locations. There is a bus line (42, 44) near the house that goes downtown. Come check out your new home!

About the sharehouse: I am welcoming a diverse set of roommates working in various fields. I have run a share house before, making sure everyone is comfortable and happy. Friendly conversations are welcome while privacy is respected. We keep the house clean and do not wear outdoor shoes inside.
