It is 2 miles away from venice beach and 1 mile away from Abbot Kinney (the coolest street in America according to GQ magazine) It is close to SMC and UCLA. It is in a great neighborhood and very safe! I ride my bike to the beach. There is an enclosed front yard with a table and umbrella for outdoor dining, and back yard with a beautiful outdoor sofa and love seat with Sunbrella cushions, a fire pit and a large BBQ. Hardwood and concrete floors throughout, and lots of light. The house was completely renovated in 2005. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and granite counters. A brand new top of the line washer and dryer is located in the garage. A large living room with a 60“ LCD TV and a great fireplace. The bedroom is 16ft x 14-1/2 ft (225 sq ft) with high ceilings and is completely furnished. The bathroom also has high ceilings and a sound system and in the shower. It is also the guest bathroom so may be used from time to time.

I’m looking for a working professional, non-smoker, clean, male or female, preferably in their 30s to 50s. Social gatherings will happen from time to time. I am asking $1,500, which includes high-speed FIOS Wi-Fi, gas, electric, water and trash. There is storage available in the garage. I do not mind if you are 420 friendly but it must be outside.

I require the first month’s rent and security deposit upfront. I also will need references. Your fico score should be good. Parking is on the street but is ample. The house is available for move in June 1, 2018. The house will be furnished. There is a fully stocked kitchen with almost every appliance needed and more.

I also have a doggie door that will fit a dog probably up to 25 pounds. A cat or small well behaved, house broken dog would be considered, with deposit. About Me I am a young female in my 50s who works all day M-F. I do Pilates 3 times per week. I love being outdoors and hiking. I also love music. I have lived in this house for over 20 years and I love it! The front and backyard is my favorite aspect about the house. I also enjoy cooking, live music, yoga, art, and being social. I like to keep the place tidy, but not obsessively so. Please, no cigarette smokers or wild party animals. I am looking for a clean, positive roommate who is fully employed. I enjoy hanging with my friends on the weekends and entertain here and there.
