I reside with my boyfriend in the top floor bedroom suite with full bathroom—we are both working professionals in the medical industry. My brother, a full-time college student who works part-time in the food industry, resides in the lower level bedroom with his own private bathroom and separate entrance.

DETAILS: There is a full bathroom on the main floor that will mostly be shared by the two lucky new tenants.
