I’m a very personable Christian woman who’s looking for someone to rent my back bedroom, preferably a female student or a professional woman. Needs to be someone who’s not allergic to pets, as I have two loving cats and a very sweet small dog. I understand the need for privacy, so no worries about me invading your space. The bathroom is shared and we keep it clean. Your accommodations include access to the washer and dryer in the back of the house, as well as a fair share of the utilities. The area is near the traffic circle and convenient to Cal State Long Beach, great neighborhood with parking on and off street. Please, no partiers, drugs, or smoking.
