I am the only other roomie who is renting the place from Invitation Homes, an online property management company whom we will also have to submit an application. I like to hang out with family, run in nature, snowboard, play with my doggos and occasionally work from home. I am a 33-year-old dude who gets along with almost anyone and prefers no drama. I have some beers but rarely and prefer not to have much around the home. No smoking in the house please.
