Welcome to my newly built, quiet home in Atlanta, GA! Located just minutes from 285 East; exactly 10 minutes from the Hartsfield Airport and 20 minutes away from Downtown. The home is walking distance from plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, banks, ATMs, gas stations and shopping areas. This is a recently built home with dark hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and decent furnishing. The bedroom comes with same floor laundry room and recently built bathroom.

More information The space

The private room is a 2nd floor bedroom, with a large window facing the back yard, with a large walk-in closet, and ceiling fan. You will have access to your own bathroom because I only rent out one room at a time. The shared bathroom is just next to the bedroom. Brand new laundry room is also located on the same floor just next to the room. The bedroom is currently unfurnished, but I can provide a mattress if needed.

Guest access

My guests have access to shared community areas in the home including the living room, dining room, kitchen, sitting rooms, front porch, and backyard deck.

Interaction with guests

I am a full time student at Georgia State University (downtown). This is my permanent living area. However, I am very seldom home, but I am readily available by phone to make your stay more comfortable.

Other things to note

This is the perfect space for travelers wanting to explore Atlanta, GA on the cheap. The train to downtown is just a 10 minute drive from the home. Also this is a good space for temp professionals in the area in need of reasonable housing solutions who are communiting to and from the airport.
