Smoking & vaping are not permitted in the room. There is a front porch for smoking. Parking in the driveway.

The home is very clean & the roomer would be responsible for cleaning their area.

Rent is $600 per month, with a $250 deposit & month to month basis. All utilities are included in the $600 monthly rent.

There is bus service that runs from morning thru late afternoon.

I am a retired woman who keeps a very clean home & the roomer would be expected to keep their area clean.
