About the room
Hello! The house will be shared with two other roommates who are both working men in their late 20s. I have been living there the past 7 months and honestly wish I could bring this house and these people with me because they both are so great lol There is no set roommate they are looking for but getting along would be great! The room will be available the first of January. The room is approximately 12 x 12 and will comfortably fit a full sized bed and some small furniture. It is carpeted and has a full closet with a top shelf. You will share a spacious full bath with one housemate and potential guests. There is bathroom space under the sink, or like us, buy a plastic storage bin. The kitchen space is segmented and half the pantry along with a shelf in the kitchenware cabinet and 1/3 of the fridge would be yours. We usually do our dishes by hand but we do have a dishwasher. Other appliances include stove, microwave, toaster, and blender. We share most kitchenware but make sure to clean it after:) Schedules in the house are different with one housemate getting up at 5 am during the weekdays and the other getting home late from the bar shift. We do try to keep quiet after 10pm and before 8am. We do occasionally have friends over but not parties. Never on weekdays and with notice and approval of roommates. We dont wear shoes in the house and no pets. There is a communal tv in the living room connected to Netflix. We also have a balcony that isnt used much. Storage space is minimal. We do have a washer and dryer in the unit. In terms of chores and house appliances- we all clean up after ourselves and deep cleaning is rotated. We sometimes get a visit from a housemates (Johnny) mom who cleans the house. Out gated apartment complex contains gated underground parking, playground, roof top BBQ and hang out area, two rec rooms, video-monitored common areas, and a computer room with internet. Walgreens, Panda, Mc Donalds and others are within a two minute walk. A bus stop is right across the street. The I-8, I-15, I-805, and the 94 are all close by. Super easy to get downtown, to North Park, Hillcrest, and ten minutes from SDSU, 15 to City College, and 15 to Mesa. Must show proof of income. Rent is due month to month to Johnny (a housemate) Cash, check or venmo accepted on the 1st of the month with late fees charged for missed payments. It is a $500 refundable deposit including a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee. We have street parking that is super easy to find on our street or surrounding but the complex does offer $50 parking spots when available.
I included the floor plan and the apartment listed utilities but please call for pictures of the room and house as I canβt seem to upload from my phone.
