Hi. I’m an ASU student, and I currently have one private room in a 3B2B apartment that is available. Only for female. The other two roommates are both American. The community is Green Leaf Tempe Station. The move-in date is 01/01/2019. The rent is $538/month. The room is large enough for a full-size bed, a desk & chair, and a lot storage places (11’2*11’8 feet). You would have to share the bathroom with another girl. You will also be charged the fee for water and sewer, which is $18/month. The fees for electricity and internet and cable vary depending on your usage. You will have to resign the lease with the leasing office, so you will pay an application fee of $50 and an administration fee of $125. The community offers free covered parking & uncovered parking. It’s 10 mins driving from ASU, 3 mins driving from Safeway. There is also a light rail station and bus station in front of the community gate. If you move in asap, I could give you the full size bed.
