Two cats in apartment. $750 a month plus 1/3 of electric, gas, and Comcast bill. Large living room and kitchen already furnished. Only need to furnish your room. 4 blocks from Wrigley Field and walkable to boystown as Wall. Very close to uptown! Super easy access to lake shore drive. Street parking, can get permit through the city for less than $100 flat (not monthly). Lease ends May first and other two roommates will move out so you will have to as well unless you want to sign lease and find 2 other roommates.
