Looking for a female roommate, the other three roommates (2 male and 1 female) are office workers, get along very well, love clean and simple life, need to share the bathroom, not live with the landlord!
- 11 minutes to UTD by car - 2 minutes to Target by car - 5 minutes to Walmart by car - 7 minutes to Dahua 99 by car - 7 minutes to Starbucks on foot - 3 minutes to Texas Family Fitness on foot - There are many delicious restaurant nearby such as Taipei Station Cafe / In-N-Out / Zero degrees etc.
***Mid-January can be accommodated and I will pay for January rent. ***
When you check in, you will get hangers, table lamp, IKEA desk and office chair etc for free. (All of these are bought by myself, so you can keep them or sell them after the contract expire.)
