Inkwood Court

I am a first-time homeowner that closed on my house in October 2017. It is a 2,249 sf 5/3/2 home located at the end of a cul-de-sac. We have a 2-year-old cat and a 1-year-old cat that will not be in this room unless you leave your door open. We are positive, happy people looking for someone who has a positive attitude about life. I am a Finance Project Manager with a technology consulting firm. My hours are 8-4 M-F. I love theme parks and spend most of my time at work, playing volleyball, or in theme parks. This is my first home and I am looking for someone that will take care of it with me like it is their own home. As I will be the maintenance person, I need to make sure that the person that moves in with me will not destroy my home. I want to keep things tidy and the common areas clean and neat. I will be asking for a year lease to be signed and notarized.

I tore out the old kitchen and just had a new Ikea kitchen installed. It includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and disposal. I also have a large capacity washer and dryer. Each person is responsible for their own laundry supplies. I have a pool table with a ping pong conversion top and dartboard in the game room/gym. We also have an squatter, rowing machine, maxi climber, and a gazelle in the space. Also, I have a swimming pool and a hot tub. All carpet has been removed and luxury vinyl tile has been installed throughout the bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, entryway, and hall. The walls, closets, and ceilings have all been painted. The bedrooms also have blackout shades just installed.

I live in the Master Bedroom of the home. The available room is on the opposite side of the house but separated by the living room. It is a 10x12 room furnished with a queen bed.

The rent is $500 a month plus an equal share of utilities. We are a DRUG-FREE home and will request a drug test before moving in.

I am 40 and a business woman. Hanae lives on that side of the house. She is a student and works from home.

She is very clean and expects help keeping the shared bathroom clean.

Andrew lives in the bonus room that is on the opposite side of the house with his own private bath and entrance. He has a very docile and quiet Husky named Mayah that is extremely loving and stays in his room most of the time (unless I let her come keep me company.)
