I am a 27-year-old young professional seeking a responsible, courteous, clean and professional roommate. I work at night and go to school, therefore, the ideal roommate would be someone that is mindful of noise. It is also important that they are courteous by keeping all common areas clean and pay rent/utility bills in a timely manner.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one large bathroom (bathroom is shared). It offers a full-size washer and dryer in unit, valet trash, elevator, secured entry into the building and a gym and community/game room. It is less than five minutes from the marc train, the laurel town center and many nearby restaurants and shops. Rent is $695- not including utilities.
