Looking for two responsible roommates. It is a 5 bedroom 4 bath home, 2 stories, same sex marriage with one small dog (shih-tzu) she is hypoallergenic. One room is located downstairs alone with own bathroom and loft. The second is upstairs (larger) with a double sink restroom. Smaller room for $800 and larger one for $1000. Couples will be considered, but no more than 2 per room. Electricity, water, and trash will be split evenly. Other pets allowed.
