One of our housemates moved out and we’re looking for a new roomie to fill his spot! This is a newly renovated 4 bed, 2 bath split level. Shared spaces are furnished with essentials and include a large kitchen, 2 living rooms (1 with a fireplace), and a back deck with a fenced in back yard, patio, firepit, and a mountain view! Easy commute to anywhere in CO Springs. I have two cats so must be animal friendly- no other pets allowed, sorry :( Quiet neighborhood with street parking always available

You’d have three housemates- we’re all in our 20s, two military affiliated and one elementary school teacher. You’d be sharing the top floor and bathroom with a male housemate- myself and our other female housemate are on the bottom floor. So you must be okay with a co ed living situation! We’re all very respectful and clean and friendly, looking to find someone who fits in!
