So, I am looking for someone who can takeover my apartment after doing paperwork with property manager. This is a very nice apartment. Carpet is new. Mattress that is provided by the apartment is new with other furniture. Locality is very safe. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Car parking is available in the street. Heating included in the rent. You needed to pay for Internet and electricity. I get electricity bill around 20 dollars per month. Internet is available for $30.
