Santa Ana Avenue

I have a two bedroom apartment in Newport Beach and I am looking for someone to move into the master bedroom. The master is 15x12 with a large walk-in closet and bathroom with a shower attached. The entire apartment is approximately 1200 square feet, has central heating/AC, and is very open and bright. Additionally, there is a large patio with a garden space in the back of the apartment. It’s great for hosting bbq’s and relaxing outside. We also have garage parking (this is included in rent). The community is open, friendly, and has a mix of young adults and young families. The apartment is a short 10 minute drive/30 minute bike ride to the beach, and has easy access to the 55, 405, and 73 freeways. The apartment is also very close to many restaurants and shopping centers such as The Camp, South Coast Plaza, and 17th street.

My current roommate is moving out of state, so I need to find someone to move in mid January until the last 6 months of the lease (ends on June 30). (There is a possibility you will be able to stay and renew the lease if interested.)

Additionally, there is a $600 deposit for moving in.
