La Alameda Avenue

Hi there, looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom apartment at the Fountain Village Apartments in Fountain Valley. You will have the master bedroom with a walk in closet, a parking space, share a bathroom and your move-in cost would be $850 a month + security deposit which is $750. I prefer a Female or male roommate. I won’t allow pets as I already have a small dog and a small cat. You will have basic cable in your room and there is a few more channels in the living room. You will have access to all of the house and everything is furnished except for your room. I don’t want smoking in my apartment, but if you choose to smoke you can do it outside. No drama will be put up with. There is a gated pool that is to be used by the renters only, not guests. You will have a parking spot. The mail boxes are right next to apartments, there is a apartment manager on site, and there are laundry rooms fairly close to my apartment that are open till 8 o’clock M-S. There is the Fountain Valley Bowl, 24 hour Fitness, Sam’s Club, Carls Jr, Del Taco, Subway and much more all within walking distance. Did I mention we are right down street from Fountain Valley Hospital. I noticed a lot of people were looking for somewhere close to there. I am also on the first floor.
