Hey folks,

We are 2 musicians / teachers looking for a 3rd roommate in our 3/1 South Austin home. Near S. 1st and Stassney with easy access to 35 and 290/71. Under 15 min to downtown. Close to St. Elmo Brewery, Radio Coffee, St. Edward’s, Central Market, SoCo, and so much more!

We are looking for a down to earth, minimal, clean & conscious roommate. Someone who is open minded with a rad attitude.

The room is $500 / month + utilities, which are typically $80 - 100 each. The house is fully furnished, but your room is not. It’s a cozy space with wood laminate flooring throughout and an open living area. The kitchen has a great gas stove top and extensive storage.

There is a big backyard with lots of greenery and chill vibes. Washer & dryer are in a detached laundry room with some additional storage.

About us: Two musicians and educators. We like to read, cook, laugh, create & consume live music, meditate, and spend time outdoors. Living consciously/sustainably is important to us. We recycle, compost, and stay fairly engaged in the local community. We have non-traditional work schedules and stay pretty busy. It’s a musical house with band practice every once in a while, but we mostly keep to ourselves. Occasional guests and parties are okay by us, as long as everyone is respectful of the space and others.
