Independence Street

The place is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood with access to highways around the Denver area. The private room is unfurnished with shared space of the kitchen, court yard, bathroom and some storage space. I’m a professional female, 33 yr with 2 dogs. I ski during the winter time and camp, raft, mountain bike, ect during the summer time. Once in a while I’ll have a friend over for dinner, TV or game night. I’m asking a minimum of a 3 months stay and flexible with lease length after that. The deposit is fully refundable as long as no damage has been left unattended and the full amount of rent is paid upon leaving.
