The house:

The large bedroom is available w/ separate full bathroom (shared access for guests only). The cute and homey house is equipped with in-unit laundry, spacious closets, a large garage, ample street parking right in front, large yard w/ BBQ, fully loaded/stocked kitchen, and furnished living/dining room. Utilities (water, electricity, sewage, Internet) are separate and split into 1/3 equally.

The location:

We are walking distance to Clairemont Town Square with great shops, restaurants, movie theater, and grocery store. We are just a 10 minute drive to UTC/ La Jolla or Pacific Beach.

The roommates:

Engaged couple in late 20s. Active, healthy, social and hard working. We enjoy hiking, surfing, BBQ-ing, and are looking to become friends with our new roommate. We have the sweetest, house trained, 12lb mini malti-poo named Khaleesi. She loves pup cuddles and playing with her dragons. We are very clean and love to create a warm and welcoming house.

You:

Looking for a respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible about rent, bills, and cleaning. Perfect for a professional, full-time working individual.

When:

Bedroom will be available January 7th. We will ask to do a 1 month lease, and then an option to sign for a longer lease once we know the living situation is a perfect match for both parties.

Security Deposit:

$400 security deposit to be due upon signing the lease.
