Clean (Fun) Young Professional Male Looking for Another Young Professional Male/Female / Recent Grad to move into open bedroom as a roommate. Condo is on the 1st floor (2 bedroom/ 1 bath). 10 minutes from Princeton/Trenton. 3 minutes from Rider.

My roommate of four years recently got a new job and is moving out. I currently live in a two-bedroom/one-bath condo. I enjoy the community I live in- there is a nice park close to the Lawrence main street (Starbucks, bakeries, and places to eat). The condo association has a pool.

I want to get a roommate to move into the open room that will be available starting May 1, 2024 or 15th. The condo is on the first floor and is fairly updated with a lovely patio, clean kitchen, and welcoming living room.

The condo is already furnished with the expectation of the open bedroom (you would need to bring your bed, dresser etc). The shared space includes a pull out couch, dining room table, tv etc. In the kitchen, you will get a nice amount of storage space for kitchen items.

There are two hall closets which may provide a small amount of additional storage as needed. There is plenty of guest parking.

I am a young professional and am usually out doing stuff. I am looking for a roommate that is respectful and someone who I can consider a future friend. Living together is important and I am excited for a new roommate.
