The apartment is a beautiful cozy place. the complex has an on-site pool, gym and recreational room. The place is close to the Freeway, lots of places are walking or biking distances. I am the only person that will be living in the apartment I am a 22 year-old elementary teacher and I own one kitten Belle. She is a very anxious cat and unfortunately does not enjoy other animals company. The place is always kept up on, I clean regularly whenever I can. The total rent for water, gas, electricity, internet, monthly rent comes out to about 850$ a person this will not change for electricity use which can climb into the 300’s during the summer but is now at its all time low and that is the price im going with to make everything easy. I only ask that we meet before hand So i can show you the place. I was able to afford the place on with my girlfriend at the time but we recently broke up which saddens my heart but we need to keep moving in this world. So if you need a room in the Goodyear-Avondale Area the apartment complex is called MAXX159, we have a Television, couches and dinning table as well as all the items for cooking. Coffee is usually regularly made every morning if I get up in time to make it.
