We are in need of one additional tenant to share this beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse. We currently have two female tenants in their mid-twenties that are ok with the addition of either a male or a female roommate. The room that is available is not furnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished. The available room is 12 x 14 feet, with a nice-sized closet, has cream colored carpet, and light blue walls. The rent ($438 monthly) does not include utilities, which are split between the tenants. On average the per tenant utilities are $120 per month, so the average cost of rent and utilities is $558.

The house comes with a full kitchen (i.e.: stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc.), central heating/cooling, patio, and a one-car garage (you may use this space for storage). There are 2.5 bathrooms, a half bath on the main floor and two full bathrooms upstairs one of which is an ensuite to the master bedroom the other you will share with the existing tenant.

The lease is month-to-month with a required 30-day notice for move-out, but we are seeking a long-term tenant. A security deposit of one months rent is required for move-in, and you will need to provide proof of employment, proof of income, and pass a background check.

The current tenants are really chill and enjoy using the townhouse for unwinding after a long day at work. They both enjoy living in a clean house and expect that you share these values. There is no smoking permitted inside the house, pets are not allowed either.
