I own a cozy, trendy home in the Bullard High area near Palm/Bullard in Fresno. One of my tenants is getting married and moving out, so a room will become available starting January 2nd.

This is a 4 bedroom home with 4 working professionals ranging in ages 23-30. We share the kitchen, storage in the garage, washer/dryer, two living rooms and 3 people share a bathroom (master bedroom has its own bathroom).

We mostly keep to ourselves and are quiet when at home, but also don’t mind an occasional conversation.

There is one cat that lives in the home, so if you’re allergic sorry! We’re close to pretty much anything you need with Fig Garden Village down the street & Riverpark not far away. Safe & secure neighborhood.

Rent includes the following: Wifi Use of washer/dryer Use of all kitchen utensils, plates, cups, kitchen machines, etc. Vacuum & cleaning supplies Gas, electricity, water, garbage (utilities) Necessary repairs & maintenance *No security deposit
