This luxury property is located in an apartment complex with one other roommate who is a 23 year old graduate female at St. Joes University. I would be moving out in August because I am in pa school and getting a pa job in NY. The apartment is a 1 bedroom with studio with 1 shared bath, you would have your own private bedroom and share a bathroom with the one female. Her bedroom is a studio in the living room. There is still a massive living room area with a fireplace, nice kitchen, and nice little dining room area to eat. The apartment has multiple gyms, study areas, a pool, hottub, tennis court, sauna and literally everything. You pay only 700 dollars for this a month and you get a parking spot. It is right by penn charter and jefferson east falls campus.
