Downstairs private room available in Tri level townhome, we are a clean gay couple in our late twenties. We have people over on weekends, so please be ok with some noise.
Neighbors are super chill and very quiet.
We also have a 10 month old dog, he’s pretty quiet.
Room includes, ALL utilities, wifi, and a cleaning service every Monday.
Access to common areas, kitchen and laundry room.
Gated community parking.
Room will be empty on move in date.
