ROOM IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY and rest of May is free! Looking for a neat, respectful, easygoing female to occupy my room in a beautiful 3175 sqft house with two other sophomore undergraduates at The College of William and Mary. Preferably seeking a student (grad or undergrad) to rent out for the summer semester (May-July), but open to having a non-student as well. You can move in immediately and remainder of May is no charge. The room is huge and includes two closets, two windows, and one of the windows has a built in window seat/bench with storage underneath. Room will be furnished at least with queen size bed and desk. More furniture is available to stay in room if renter desires. The house includes a beautiful spacious kitchen and family room with a very comfortable couch (with recliners) and TV. Roommates are mature, considerate students at the College. Washer/Dryer available, Parking is available; small driveway but plenty of street parking is available with a car decal purchased from the town (I believe a one time fee of $15- very minimal). Plenty of storage space available in basement and shed. House backs up to large back yard to a great view w/ large trees in front of a pond. Conveniently located near the Law School and close the the Williamsburg Lodge bus stop. Easily bikeable to main campus.
