Fox Avenue

I am moving at the end of December need to fill by January 1st one room in a duplex house in Downtown San Jose. Room is in a 3 bedroom one bath house. Other two rooms are occupied by one female each. Biggest room in the house, with two closets. Washer and dryer included in house basement. Parking is a big driveway two car spaces available. We accept single or two people; can be couples, friends, family, etc. Rent is 1300 a month. Would be 6 month lease with possible re-lease after term.
