We are two sisters living together with a roomate, and she is moving out at the end of the month to live closer to her new job, so we are now in a spot to look for a roommate as we like our current location and def do not want to move. We are both in the mortgage industry and live rather busy lives. When we get downtime, we love concerts, Netflix and day/wknd trips with our other sister who lives locally. We have an 12 yr old Puggle who only barks at the occasional door knock, or roommate when she opens the garage, but only until he sees who it is, then resumes lounging. We keep the common areas clean and guest ready at all times. We are very courteous and do not slam cupboards, doors or make extremely loud noises unless we have friends over for a gathering, and are very respectful of each person’s schedules, i.e.: Coming and Going early or late hours.
