Spring Valley Common

Hi there! Opening at the beginning of August, we have 1 bedroom in our 4 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse opening up. Ideally, we are looking for a long-term The room shares 1.5 baths with 2 other housemates. There are a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in house. The rent includes utilities. We are not looking for couples. The townhouse complex includes a community pool which is great in the summer! At the house, we have a grill in the back, a wii (with Mario kart and super smash bros) and chromecast in the living room, and lots of storage space. The townhouse community is quiet with friendly neighbors and many families. Location is less than a mile from 580 and 10 minutes from downtown with many restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-minute drive.

We are all fairly quiet, but sociable people who enjoy conversations in the common spaces but also privacy and personal time in our rooms. All introverted. Not big party types, but occasionally will have small get-togethers for holidays. I (Joe) work for a winery as a distiller and have lots of free samples of spirits and wine that come home with me that I am always happy to share. I enjoy poker, chess, and anime as some of my hobbies. Also in the house are (this is where it gets a bit confusing) Chris and Chris. Chris D. recently graduated from UCSB and works for Lawrence Livermore as an engineer. He enjoys working out and video games. Chris I. is an intern at Sandia Lab and engineering student at Las Positas. He enjoys camping, tools, and car and bike repair. A bit about you: Ideally, we are looking for someone else that is quiet but friendly and not a partier.
