ROOMATES

We are seeking a roommate in a 4 bedroom 2 bath home on a quiet street south of Ventura Blvd. We are mostly early 30’s working professionals. You’ll live with a chef, a fashion stylist, and a computer programmer!

All new tenants will have access to the laundry (new washer and dryer), kitchen (beautiful gas range stove, double sink with garbage disposal, dishwasher, full-size fridge, full cabinets), shared tandem off-street parking, 1 full bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, 2nd bathroom with shower, nice front yard (if you wish to garden, we are putting in succulents and cacti), lemon, lime, and orange trees, outdoor sitting area (chairs couch and table), an outdoor grill, basketball goal, and more!

THE ROOM

We are asking $1100 a month for this room (includes utilities). It’s roughly 12-15 with a huge amount of closet space. It’s in the back end of the house with a semi private entrance. It overlooks the backyard, home to lemon and lime trees. It has an attached shared bathroom which includes a shower, toilet, cabinets, and sink. The room can include a bed, table, lamp, and shelf, if you like (no extra charge) or we can take any or all of them out. It’s up to you! There is a large closet and additional storage cabinetry.
