Property located off of fry road and little York in Katy texas. Room is upstairs there are a total of 3 rooms therefore 3 room mates each will have private room. Quiet neighborhood. At the moment I will be living there however rarely home eventually will list master bedroom. Water, gas included with rent lights will be splint between myself and room mates. No smoking, no pets, no parties, no drugs if you smoke do so outside. Washer and dryer available, kitchen available and back yard. No one allowed to live with you in room.
