Room available in 3 bedroom (box-style) apartment w/ 2 bathrooms to share with one female and one male. We are artist / professionals in our late 20’s and late 30’s. Looking for somebody who works and pays rent and utilities on time.
Room is medium - large size (15ft x 10ft) and has a walk-in closet, it’s facing backyards and it’s very quiet. Bathroom is shared with the existing one roommate (female). The apartment itself is very spacious overall.
Rent is $1100 + utilities (gas, electricity and internet). First & security to move in ($2200). Located on Nassau Ave. between Diamond and Humboldt. Apartment is about 7 minutes walking to G train on Nassau Ave Stop and Bus B48 stop is a block away from our house.
We are looking for somebody to move in January 1st.
