Here’s what you need to know to rent the room:

$700/mon rent + Utilities

$700 - $1050 security deposit due at lease signing depending on credit check

Here are some of the property features: Approximately 300 sq ft Private room Access to shared Bathroom and Kitchen Other areas of the property will be off limits except in case of emergencies

We are looking for someone who is law abiding and will be respectful of the property and the community. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the property.
