Casita Madrona is a 2-bedroom, 3/4 bath, Guest Suite/MIL apt, conveniently located 2 blocks away from the vibrant and quaint, business district of Madrona. You can also enjoy an easy 10 minute walk through magical hidden trails and stairways to Lake Washington’s beaches. Just steps away from No. 2 Metro bus line, and a 15 minute ride to downtown. Casita Madrona is place is great for singles, adventurers, & business travelers.

Casita Madrona has a private entrance through a lovely garden. Amenities include a newly remodeled bathroom with ‘wet-room’ style shower and heated flooring. There are two bedrooms. The larger one is more like a studio, quite spacious, and has a work space with desk, a couch, and a mini sized kitchenette area with coffee/tea makings, and fridge.

We do not have a microwave, or toaster oven as we do not allow cooking in the Casita. But you are welcome to bring food in that does not require cooking. You are welcome to use the kitchen upstairs that belongs to the rest of the home. Otherwise, you have all your own space.

You have your own large laundry room with top of the line washer and dryer. Free wi-fi. None of the space is shared.

The rest of the house has two occupants, one of whom is 6 years old. We have our space, and you have yours. You are welcome to share the kitchen.
