Hi, I’m Steve and I’m looking for a great roommate to share an apartment in one of the nicest complexes in Irvine. It’s a big room with a private bath and large walk-in closet. The complex is safe and quiet and has 2 pools, a workout facility and is conveniently located next to bike trails, a nature preserve and shopping. The unit can come furnished or unfurnished and has a washer/dryer in the unit on the balcony. The apartment gets lots of light and overlooks one of the two pools. (See Floor Plan.) I’ve been here several years and really enjoy it. As for me, I’m originally from the Midwest and work as an IT Consultant in the Financial Services industry. I’m middle aged but stay pretty active. I like to bike, swim and hike and go out a couple times a week. I’m friendly, keep regular hours, and have a pretty good sense of humor. I’m clean and considerate and don’t drugs and I’m looking for the same. If you’re interested just shoot me an email and we can chat. Occasional overnight guest is fine. Full apartment privileges. Male or Female, just pay rent and be a good roommate. It’s an Irvine Co. property, so you must pass a background check and show employment for the lease. Thx.
