About the room
Hey guys,
I have a room available from January 1st until June 1st in North Asheville (Woodfin) right off Merrimon Avenue. 15 minute (or less) drive to downtown and West Asheville. It is the lower unit to a duplex, but very spacious. The bigger room will be yours. Open floor plan. Washer/dryer included. Big kitchen with an island and new stainless steel appliances. There is a deck off the back of the house, accessed by the back door. The yard is not fenced in, but there is plenty of space, including the empty lot of land next door that is being used as a garden. We will have to share a bathroom, though.
I have a couch, coffee table, end tables, stools (for the island - it is big enough to eat at), a dining room table, a tv/tv stand, and two bookshelves in our shared space. I also have plently of books, a roku (with netflix, prime video, and hulu) and an elliptical that I have no problem sharing. Rent is $625 due on the 1st of the month - must come from a bank account or credit card - no cash accepted. I will pay for wifi, but electric will be split between us. I’m open to anyone and everyone, including couples.
A bit about myself before you decide this is the right fit: I’m a 24 year old female. I work 2 jobs, mostly during the day and night, so I won’t be around a whole lot. I do, however, use every second of my vacation time so you’ll definitely see me. I read a lot and love to watch movies. I’m clean, respectful, and very motivated. Want to go on hikes? Want to go to breweries? Bars? Shopping? I’m yours. I have an outdoor cat who will only come around for lovins and food from time to time. My former roommate has a very friendly rotteweiler who I’ve come to love, so he (the dog) will be around every couple of days and for the occasional sleepover. You’ll come to love him as I do. PETS ARE WELCOME!!!!!!!!! One of my jobs is working with animals, so don’t be shy - all furry, scaly, and fluffy creatures are allowed. All genders/identities welcome! 4/20 friendly. Alcohol friendly. I literally don’t care what you do, just don’t destroy my place!
