I have one to two bedrooms for rent in the 4 bedroom 1.5 bath house that I currently rent in Bridgeport, PA. The house is conveniently located right in between King of Prussia and Conshohocken, which makes for an easy commute to many jobs and it takes about 30 minutes to get into the city. The area has everything you could need from grocery stores, to restaurants, gyms, bars and more.

The house is three stories, it has a washer and dryer in the basement with space for storage as well as the half bath. There is a small fenced in back yard with a covered deck that allows room for entertaining, I currently have patio furniture outside for a nice outdoor space. The first floor has the living room, dining room and newly renovated kitchen with a brand new gas stove. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. I currently use one bedroom as an office and the other as my bedroom. The third floor has the two available bedrooms, the one in the front of the house is meant to be the master and the other is the one my current roommate is moving out of. Parking is not an issue, but please note it is street parking there is no driveway or garage. There is a train station across the road that does have a parking lot as well. The house is located on a quieter street close to the Bridgeport station of SEPTA’s Norristown High Speed Line, 10 minutes to 76 and the Blue Route.

The rent is $650 a months plus utilities and the lease is currently month to month, but will be signed with the landlords realtor. I currently only have wifi, I don’t use cable at the moment, but have had it in the past so I am open to anything! Water is usually $50 per month and the PECO bills which are electric and gas are usually $200-$250 per month. We are also responsible for snow removal and lawn maintenance, although the yard is small and I have been the one to maintain it. Our neighbors have a snow blower and usually clear the majority of the sidewalk. You will have your own room or rooms if you choose, but the full bathroom is shared with any roommates. The house is furnished with the exception of your room. First, last and security deposit are required to move in.

About me: a female professional in my late 20s working full time. I am looking for a female in the same age range, who is either working full time or going to school. I am mostly out of the partying stage of life and would prefer a roommate who is similar in that regard. I do enjoy having a glass of wine or two at night while unwinding. I like to go out to eat and spend time with friends. I am clean, love to cook and am generally outgoing. I am a big Philadelphia sports fan and my boyfriend try to get to as many games or tailgates as possible.

I do have two dogs, Bear and Jackson so animal friendly is preferred (picture of them is included). Bear is a 5 year old german shepherd husky mix and Jackson is a three year old black lab golden retriever mix. They are both completely house trained and are largely independent. They have free range of the house, but with my current roommate we leave a baby gate up at the bottom of the third floor when she isn’t home. When responding to the ad please tell me a little bit about yourself so that we can make sure its a great fit for both of us. I would prefer no children and if bringing a dog we would need to do a meet and greet to make sure all get along. Would prefer no additional pets but am open to the possibility.
