Hello I’m an easy going 29 year old male live on my own with 2 daughters that come over every other weekend. I live in Goodyear main cross streets are Cotton Ln & Yum Rd. My house is a 3 Bed 2 bath and a den. Roommate will have their own private room, restroom and the den that could be your own living room if desired. I also have a beautiful back yard with lounge chairs and BBQ grill and a water feature. Less than a mile away there’s Target, Fry’s Food Store, LA Fitness and Planet Fitness along with other amenities.
