Single family 2 story home in gated community. Owner lives on premises. Includes access to kitchen stove and microwave only and laundry. Community pool. One month notice must be given under normal circumstances if moving out. Security deposit will be returned within 30 days after move out date, providing no damages to room or property.. Room must be clean and bedding washed prior to leaving. If no notice is given, security deposit will be forfeited.If you are renting month to month and have violated any of the house rules, a 15 day notice will be given to vacate premises. Eviction will follow after. Rules include, no loud noises, not using areas that are not allowed, being respectful to other persons living in the home, keeping all doors secure and locked, save energy at all times and respecting property of others.

I’m the owner of the home and I live on the premises. I’m very quiet and respectful of others. Hobbies include music, movies and reading. I keep my home very clean. You are required to be clean and your room in a clean manner. Take out your own garbage and clean up areas after use.
