Liberty Street

Shared apartment, on the 2nd Floor, 1st floor is a gift shop “Simple Gift’s”. 1 room and living room for yourself. On street parking. Close to SUNY College, Library, Post Office, Washington Head Quarters, Water front, Panja, Rob’s Roast, Simple Gift’s, Cream, Cream Vintage, Atlas Studios, the Wherehouse, Ritz Theater, etc. This apartment is too big for me. There is a spear room and living room/dining room area. The part that I am renting is closer to the bathroom and kitchen. My room is on the other side of the apartment. We also have separate entrances to the apartment. You can move in on the 2nd of December, I will just most likely still be fixing up the apartment (painting mostly/fixing the kitchen). I have an extra bed if you wish to use it and don’t have one, as well as the brown sofa in the picture. I will be throwing it away this Wednesday(tomorrow), if no one wants it. Also, if you only wish to rent the room and not the extra living room, I can drop the price.

I live alone in this apartment. I am a 20 year old Mexican female, and I am currently occupied with two jobs, I am rarely home. I have a pet rabbit named Prince, I am pet friendly(I uploaded pictures of him). However, you must take good care and be clean with your pet. Whenever, I get some spare time I like to listen to music, make some art, or knit. If you like to blast some music, I don’t mind noise. I love food, but I rarely use the kitchen. Hoping to find a responsible female roommate. I pay the utilities and internet. I currently the only person living in this building, the 3rd floor is getting renovated.
