Room available is small but comes with decent sized closet and a ceiling fan. The roommates include my brother in the basement and me and my partner in the master. Currently no pets allowed, fenced in backyard, and 2 car garage which is available for 1 car if requested. Kitchen is shared, living room is mostly off limits. Clean tenants required. Average age of current roommates around 24. No drugs or cigarettes indoors, vaping is allowed indoors. No curfew, extreme noise will be an issue. All utilities, trash, and internet included in rent cost. Plenty of fridge/freezer space, modern washer/dryer in house. Printer available, kitchen fully supplied with dishware, average house temperature will be below 70, willing to provide a personal room heater if requested. Common courtesy to not use other people’s stuff, you only use your own dryer sheets, shampoo, etc. Looking for someone well mannered, around 20-35 years, whose looking for a clean home to live in while they are working or going to college(within 35 min of both PPCC and PCC) Blackout blinds and nice shower curtain ALREADY installed.

Additional same-size room available if couples/bestfriends looking. Bundle price is $800. Will also rent both to a single person if interested.
