Hello my name is Nell and I have 1 room available for rent with a shared bathroom in Stockton Ca. The large room is available 12/1 (rent will be prorated depending on the date you move in) The rent is $720/mo. for the large room. Utilities are included in the rent; Internet, cable, water, power, gas,trash, sewer, laundry room, firewood are all provided. There is a fully refundable deposit the same amount of the rent of $720 required. No credit check is required but income verification is necessary. The house is a 3 bed 2 bath home, with back yard, grill, washer and dryer, dish washer, fire place, central air and heating. There is space provided to you in the kitchen for your dishes and groceries. The house consists of me and my Husband. My Husband and I are both professionals in our early 30’s working full time. The room is for 1 person only. Couples will be required to pay an additional $100/mo. in rent to accommodate for the additional utilities used and additional space provided. Over night guests will be limited to 2 nights per week. The house is 420 friendly outside or in your private room only. No pets are allowed. There is no access to the garage.
