This is a really special apartment- it’s 2 one bedrooms attached by a shared bathroom, with a shared kitchen as well. So it’s more space, more privacy, but at the fraction of a cost of a solo one bedroom. The apartment is 2 blocks from the subway and the grocery store. It’s a great block and the building only has 3 renters so noise is never an issue.

The rent comes with the space, amenities (wifi, electric, heat, etc.) as well as a full cleaning service of the apartment once a month.

I am a 25 year old working in marketing in Manhattan. I just recently took over this apartment that my family has lived in for the past few years. I am excited to share it with another young professional looking for a little extra space (cause this place has it!). I love privacy and we have that since we have separate entrances and 2 living rooms, one for each of us. Opening the doors to watch a movie or have some friends over would be great as well every now and again- open to everything!

Only quirk is, since the bathroom is shared, I ask that it’s not used as a space to “get ready” (just meaning not to spend too much time in there in case the other roommate needs to use it!).

Move in date is also flexible, since it’s the holidays we can discuss a mid December move in or January 1, whatever works best.
